 Step
1: RISK FREE Evaluation &
Trial Class
1.
Contact us
to
setup an appointment
(evaluation begins 15
minutes before the trial
class)
2. Complete Trial Evaluation
Form and Waiver
3. Pay a trial assessment
fee of $20 (up to 55 min.
class) or $25 (up to 85 min.
class), and get fee credited
towards registration if you
register for class on the
same day.
4. Assessment starts 15
minutes before actual class.
After the assessment, your
child will complete the
entire class.
5. Coaches will talk to you,
parents, at the end of the
assessment and at the end of
the class to give you a copy
of Trial Evaluation Form,
recommendations, and answer
any questions you may have.
6. Take paperwork to front
office for Step 2.
Step 2: Register for recommended class
1. Complete and sign
registration and AutoPay
forms
2.
Pay applicable
fees
3. Fill out comments cards
Step 3: Attend class on your official starting date
1.
Arrive at least 5 minutes early to complete registration
and attendance card.
