Like adults, children need to exercise too. They need at least an hour of physical activity each day. Regular exercise can help children to feel less stressed, feel confident about their bodies, keep a healthy weight, build and keep healthy bones, muscles and joints; and sleep better at night. Playing sports require certain physical and mental abilities, and these can be better developed independently from the sport itself. That's where Champions Academy comes in. Before practicing and competing in any sport, children need to learn balance, rhythm, timing, motor control of their arms and legs, how to run properly, jump properly, change direction and so much more.
