The following rules & policies have been established for the safety of
your child and all participants.
Please share this information with your guests and assist in the compliance of
the policies.
I understand that the basic birthday party is 1.5 hours or longer depending on
the package chosen. Party begins
with activities in the gym and followed by cake/gifts in the party area for the
last half hour.
I understand that an extra 30 minutes of party time may be purchased in advance
at a discounted rate.
I understand that I must end party promptly at scheduled end time, or I will be
charged $10 per 10 minutes, payable to the lead coach.I understand that the birthday family may arrive no earlier than 20 minutes
prior to the party reservation time to decorate the party area.
It is recommended to have party guest arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier to
accommodate late arrivals.
I understand that birthday party waivers must be signed by all guest’s parents
prior to participation in the party activities.
Additional waivers are available upon request.
I understand that all kids in the party must stay together in a group, both in
the gym area and the party area. Parents and non-party kids may not use the gym equipment area at any time.
NO alcohol or smoking in or around the premise.
Soft, comfortable workout clothes must be worn in order to use the gym
equipment. No jewelry, please.

On party day, coaches will:
Collect release waivers, guide children through various age appropriate
activities, help create a fun, safe, energetic atmosphere, help with clean up,
and collect any additional fees due.

Remember to bring table covers, cake
knife, matches, candles, plates, forks, and napkins (unless you choose The WORKS
Party).
No refrigeration available.
I understand that all fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the party.
I understand that any changes must be made at least 2 weeks before the
party date and the deposit is non-refundable if party is cancelled.
