Developmental Manager

We have an IMMEDIATE opening for a full-time exempt, coach/manager position. We're looking for an experienced and well-rounded individual who is comfortable in a supervisory position to help build and manage a top notch gymnastics program.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in building and managing recreational and/or developmental pre-team & team programs

• Strong leadership and management abilities

• Superior communication and organizational skills

• Dependable and committed attitude, team player mentality

• Background teaching recreational and pre-team levels

• Positive and encouraging teaching style

* Five or more years of coaching and supervisory experience preferred

Preschool/Recreational Gymnastics/Tumbling/Cheer Coaches

Prior experience in gymnastics/tumbling/cheer and supervising children. Able to conduct classes and communicate with students and parents independently.

Part time position, flexible hours. Free training available for all qualified candidate.

The ideal GYMNASTICS COACH is someone who enjoys working with children; one with a highly energetic & enthusiastic attitude but is able to maintain and lead a group of children.  A background working with children is a plus but not required. Training is provided to all coaches throughout employment with Champions Academy. Coaching with Champions Academy is a rewarding and life-enriching experience.
